Why can I build a plan for everyone but myself?

You can look at any body and see what it needs. Ten minutes, and you have a plan. Look at your own body and there is nothing written down. Just years of giving the plan away. Do not call this selflessness. It is a choice, repeated until it felt like fate. Nobody forced you to skip your own session to answer one more message. You decided your needs could wait, and they waited, and waited. You are not alone in this — your pod has the same blind spot. Each of you can program for the group and starve yourselves one at a time. That is exactly why you check each other's work now, out loud, every week.

You already have the expertise; what's missing is applying it to yourself, so this is almost entirely action and accountability, not new information.

What’s really going on

You did not lose the skill. You chose, every single day, to spend it on others first and call it devotion. That is not virtue — it is a habit you built. Choose differently this week: write yourself a program, put it on the calendar, and treat it like a client's.

A moveWrite your own program today, on paper, the way you'd write one for a client.
A movePut your name on your own client list this week — literally add it.
A movePick one hour already on your calendar and give it to yourself instead of admin or one more client.
A moveTell your pod, out loud, what you did for yourself this week — not what you planned to do.
A moveLet your pod check your log the same way you check theirs. No exceptions for the coach.
