Group life coaching · project-based

The group has a pattern.
There's a life coach for that.

Groups get stuck in the same places individuals do — just collectively. The same argument. The meeting that decides nothing. The thing nobody's saying. One life coach changes the dynamic.

How it works

Private sessions. Collective insight.

1

One life coach for the whole group

You choose a coach whose tradition fits your group's situation. One voice, one vocabulary, real group knowledge built over the project term.

2

Every member gets private 1:1 sessions

Individual sessions are completely private. What each person brings to their coach is theirs alone — no group feed, no shared transcript.

3

Collective patterns surface — content never does

The group dashboard shows themes, shared goals, and a collective behavioral model. Never what anyone said privately.

The privacy architecture

A hard wall between individual and group.

Most corporate wellness platforms promise confidentiality. We build it structurally. The wall between your individual coaching and your group coaching is not a policy — it's an architectural constraint that cannot be overridden.

🔒
Individual data never crosses the wall
Your session history, personal coaching content, behavioral model, and life map are permanently inaccessible in the group context. Not hidden — architecturally unreachable.
👥
Group context built from scratch
The group's collective model is built entirely from group sessions. No individual data seeds it, no matter how convenient that might be.
📊
Employer sees numbers, not content
The code path for the employer dashboard literally cannot return session content, individual data, or behavioral profiles. It only has access to aggregate participation metrics.
⚖️
Why this matters for HR and legal
Architecturally enforced separation means your program is compliant, defensible, and trustworthy enough that employees actually use it.

Common questions

One life coach per group — why not let members choose?

Because one coach is what makes it coherent. The group builds a shared vocabulary, shared reference points, and a coach who knows your specific patterns. Members can always have separate personal plans with different coaches on their own.

What can the employer or group owner see?

Aggregate participation metrics only: session completion rates, active member count, engagement score, goal alignment percentage. Nothing individual. No session content. No behavioral data. No coaching conversations. This is architecturally enforced — not a policy that can be overridden.

What does “architecturally enforced” mean?

It means the wall between individual and group data is built into the database structure, not just a policy setting. The code paths that serve employer dashboards literally cannot access individual session data, regardless of what anyone requests or configures.

How does group pricing work?

Group coaching is a project with a fixed term — 3, 6, or 12 months. The group add-on is $20/seat/month on top of each member's individual coaching plan ($15/mo). All-in for the most common setup (1 coach, 6 months) is $35/seat/month. 12-month projects get 15% off the group add-on. Organisations with 50+ users and an annual term can contact us for custom pricing.

Does a group member need their own individual plan?

Yes — the individual plan is required as the base. The group add-on builds on it. This means every member has their own private coaching relationship with the same coach, which is what makes the group work meaningful.

Can members use the group coach for private sessions too?

Yes. The individual plan includes private sessions with the same coach. Those sessions are completely separate from the group context — the coach holds them distinctly.

Is there a trial?

Yes — we offer a trial period for groups. Reach out after signing up and we'll set it up.
