What is a Life Area?

AskHypatia organizes all of its content — courses, prompts, concepts, and tools — into 42 Life Areas. Each Life Area represents a domain of real life: Career, Finance, Health, Parenting, and so on.

When you enroll in a Life Area, Hypatia focuses her knowledge and recommendations on that domain. Your dashboard, session context, and community threads are all organized around your enrolled areas.

Your tier determines how many areas you can enroll in: Seeker (1), Student (5), Fellow (all 42).

What is a Life Area?
A Life Area is one of 42 domains of real life that AskHypatia organizes content around — like Career, Finance, Health, or Parenting. All courses, prompts, concepts, and tools belong to a Life Area.
How many Life Areas can I enroll in?
It depends on your plan: Seeker can enroll in 1, Student in up to 5, and Fellow gets access to all 42.
Can I change my Life Area?
Yes — Student and Fellow subscribers can update their enrolled areas at any time from their account settings. Hypatia can also change your areas for you if you ask in a session.
What if my situation spans multiple areas?
Many real-life challenges cross areas — a career change affects Finance and Mental Health too. Enroll in all the areas relevant to your situation. Fellow tier gives you all 42.
