You can start a session three ways:
Hypatia works with what you actually tell her in the session. She's not running a generic script — she's responding to your specific situation.
Every session ends with a Monday Action: one concrete step you can take this week. Not theory, not homework — something specific.
Seeker tier gets 5 sessions per month. Student and above get unlimited sessions.
